President is clearly very full of himself and talked down to me the entire time. When I presented what I thought was a reasonable DC salary given my experience he essentially laughed at me and said it shouldn't be about the money and to work at TCLF it just has to be about the work itself. Even if I had been offered a position, I would never work here given the bad vibes I got and high turn over of staff I've noticed.
