The interview process is exactly as described on their website.
I was sent an assessment. No preparation required. You will be asked to submit a slide deck with answers to unrelated to each other random questions and a recording of yourself answering other questions.

Questions were random. I believe they are testing your organization, structured thinking, creativity, time management, and all the SPICEy values.

Intense consulting presentation prep, went for quality over answering every question and they flagged this as not good. Wasn't made clear in advance or I would have approached it differently

Easy but with more task related work than necessary. In the early interviews the tasks are trivial and seem to mostly be testing your ability to manage your workflow. The later tasks involve doing a mock case study and offering recommendations.
