Personable process. Focused on ability to communicate and contribute to a team. Willing to hire those with less experience as long as soft skills are present. Come prepared to answer on the spot questions about cocktails if applying for bartending. Serving questions will be focused on scale of service.

Entretien
I was greeted kindly by the hiring manager at our scheduled meeting time, she kindly asked me a couple questions about my day and life showing care and interest. Then I was asked about my job history and reasons why I wanted to work with the Don. She explained the position and work details and scheduled me for my first day!
