Phone interview was easy. They asked simple questions about why you want to get into the industry and how comfortable you were on the phone. Very comfortable questions and atmosphere.

Felt informal and a bit rushed but solid questions made it seem more serious. The HR manager seems tough but just be prepared and you can do well. Be sure to bring copies of your resume as they’ll ask for them.
