It was like auditioning for Britains Top Model .. Starting with Open Day of around 500 people CV drop , reach test with shoes off etc... Then had to wait for an hour then come back and see if our name was highlighted, then bye bye if not ,other wise back in room ( it looked like around had made it through ) This followed Assessment Day the next day.. This was round after round of role plays .. The worst part was the break in between each round.. In the morning we got a number , so after each role play we had to leave the room and come back half an hour later and check our number was there ( its a brutal process ) I felt sicker every time ... The last round I couldn't even see the bit paper pinned up on the door my eyes were blurred over ha .. Final Interview was almost a month and a half later.. Which was fine for me... We had to bring 2 photos in business attire and 8 passport photos ( they give you a pack with strict instructions to what you should be wearing, shoes , hair in a bun ( that you can't see from top and no flyaway hairs ) these are just a very few examples!! Anyways you will get all the info you need if you get to this stage. Interview was compentency based .. This lasted around 15 minutes. Then another long wait too hear the result !! All in all from start too getting my result it took just over 3 months An amazing experience
