Met and talked with the Senior Art Director, who then referred me to the first partner, then the second. Pretty straight forward, though drawn out. I was referred by a mutual colleague, though. The interview process is different otherwise.

It was less specific questions and more just seeing if I was a good fit personality wise.
They wanted to know if I was familiar with Photoshop Layer Comps.
