It was pretty clear they care very little about the time of the candidates, which seems indicative of how little they care about the time of their employees. The woman who set up the interview wasn't available, so they sent an associate who didn't even have time to look over my resume first or know what job I was applying for. A very very big waste of time. If they were no longer interested in my candidacy - just cancel the interview. The employee I ended up talking to didn't have many positive things to say about the company either. Granted, I was a couple minutes late, only because I was walking aimlessly around the building they sent me to, only to realize you can only access that particular unit from the outside. A respectable employer would provide directions to set you up for success in the process.
