I recently had the opportunity to interview at The Front, and I wanted to share my experience, particularly in light of some of the negative feedback I had come across before my visit.
Firstly, the interview process itself was quite structured, but it did feel a bit impersonal at times. I noticed that some of the questions seemed overly rigid, which made it challenging to showcase my skills and personality fully. It’s important for any company to strike a balance between assessing qualifications and allowing candidates to express themselves.
The interviewers were knowledgeable and professional, but I sensed a lack of warmth in the interactions. This echoed some of the reviews I had read, where candidates mentioned feeling like they were being evaluated more than engaged with. A little more rapport could go a long way in making candidates feel comfortable and valued.
