The Interview Process was pretty cool. It was a long process, but worth the wait. I had a telephone interview that led to an office run through. I got to meet the people I'd be supporting. I got instant feedback on what they wanted and expected of me if given the opportunity to rock the roll. I took lots of notes and observed the personalities, working styles and communication styles as I met each person.
