Phone interview then technical then got to see the club with the owners before it was open and still in late phases of construction. The owners are very direct but also down to earth and easy to talk to. After talking for a while they wanted to offer an invitation for my husband to come and see the club as well to help me share with him since I was a little apprehensive about saying yes to a new position in a brand new store.

i first had a phone interview, the a second interview, then a practical interview for a skills assessment .. my final interview was with the CEO himself, which i really appreciate. its good to know a CEO cares to reach out to those who will be potential employees.

Entretien
The Gents Place interview process was very thorough. I love that they are so organized and respond so quickly. There are 4 interviews total, it is a little long but i love that they are taking the time to really get to know you and make sure that you are a good culture fit instead of just hiring anyone. You can tell they really care about the organization.
