Entretien
I went in to turn in my application to the director and she interviewed me on the spot. The interview was short and very relaxed. She asked a lot of about my teaching history and why I wanted to work in child care.
I got asked a variety of situational questions and about my experience before being given a tour of the facilities. It was very standard and I felt comfortable talking about everything, I got a few details about benefits and perks.

Entretien
It was about an hour with a lot of in depth questions that you have to kind of be prepared for. Also I didn’t originally interview for lead teacher but they offered me that job title which is a step down from what I was interviewing for.
