I came in and greeted the Manager and she handed me some paperwork which was just the application. I filled it out and handed it to her. She had me sit down in her office along with another worker at the school. She pretty much just went over the application and asked me questions about it along with questions that weren't related to the application. The manager seemed kinda nice I guess. She looked very young though.

Even though they reached out to me through Indeed, I applied, and then they asked me to come for an interview…they were confused about me showing up and spent several minutes looking for my resume. They did not seem interested in reading it and said that my childcare experience was not relevant despite me being a nanny AND working in a daycare for several years.
