Starts off as a virtual interview and then if you proceed to the next round it will be a school visit/interview. During the visit you essentially “try out” the job you applied for to see if you are a good fit. They are really looking for your engagement with students and teachers. If you are applying for an administrative role they show you what the day-to-day job looks like. You definitely should be organized and able to handle an ever-changing environment. Adaptability is key.
