Fairly simple. First, you complete a questionnaire packet. Then you are interviewed by the director where you are asked to expand on some of your answers i.e. what is your teaching philosophy etc.

I got asked a variety of situational questions and about my experience before being given a tour of the facilities. It was very standard and I felt comfortable talking about everything, I got a few details about benefits and perks.

Entretien
It was about an hour with a lot of in depth questions that you have to kind of be prepared for. Also I didn’t originally interview for lead teacher but they offered me that job title which is a step down from what I was interviewing for.
