Was asked to come in at a slow time and interview with the restaurant manager at the time of hire. Was very brief and offered the position on the spot, which was kind of expected after hearing about the turnover rate of employees. Then had to go through a 5 day training course, and an hour group meeting where we walked through a binder of information. This is a choice hotel so you are technically a choice employee.
