Phone interview then in person interview then interactive interview. Very comfortable and welcoming environment. Easy going and Overall very positive experience. Really liked the people and the store. Very professional individuals.
It was the most laid back job interview I've ever experienced. It was more like a friendly conversation. They tend to look at your experience but feel out to see if your personality is a good fit. At least for this particular franchise.

Entretien
Very professional, informative and great energy by the person I interviewed with. He shared some of the company history, where they are today and what some of the plans for the future include. He also shared his passion for the company and the desire to help others achieve and exceed their personal goals while providing excellent customer service.
