Brief job shadow, two in office interview. Three phone interviews. Very friendly recruiter. Only down side was having to take time off on multiple days to have the over the phone interview. Everyone was friendly. Great over view of what the day to day activities would be. They went over all my questions and the aspects of the job. Should be no suprises in store when I start. Was offered a position in under 24 hours after my last interview. Overall a great experience. Nice to know they put the work into getting the right employee.
