I had multiple interviews over the phone with the leadership team, and the talent acquisition team. They really want to ensure that potential new employees will be a good culture fit with everybody in the office. It was a relatively relaxed process and they were very transparent about the expectations for the job and what would be needed.

Entretien
General Underwriting questions. background, scenario questions of relationship management. Some product specfic questions. Overall nothing an experienced underwriter would not be able to answer. Human resources call, two panel interviews.

time when you and a sales member had a conflict. How did you solve it
Very simple, two phone interviews. One was pre-screen w/ HR. The second was with the manager. Softball questions were asked, the manager was friendly and made me feel at ease.
