The interview with the team leads are the hardest for me. There were business cases, and situational questions. I could tell that they are heavy on behavior and analytical skills. There was also an excel proficiency exam.

Entretien
It was a one hour pure behavioural interview; I was interviewing for a summer intern role, and the project manager in charge of that project interviewed me directly; make sure to mention the tools/software mentioned in the job post.
