Simple and straight forward. If they believe you're a good fit, a recruiter will reach out to you to invite you to an interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager will tell you a bit about themselves, the role, then ask you 5-8 standard questions. Post interview follow up depends on how busy the hiring manager is, and amount of interviewees.

The process was smooth and the recruiter was very helpful. There was an initial phone call and then a zoom meeting with the recruiter. Questions were pretty standard for the position.

I applied for an analyst position and had a negative experience. Recruiter was rude. Please do not put that the role is "hybrid" on the website and then state that you will be fully on-site.
4 interviews with one take home excel assignment, and a case study at the end. Starting with a recruiter interview, then a manager, then senior managers and case on the same day
