The Home Depot interview process was smooth and well-structured. It included recruiter coordination, an initial screening, and team interviews focused on my analytics experience, technical skills, problem-solving approach, and overall fit for the role.
Horrible interview process, took insanely long and had multiple rounds for non-competitive benefits. Recruiter was not transparent or communicative during the process at all. Entire thing took roughly two months and ghosted in the end.
Recruiter screening -> SQL assessment test -> case study -> case study presentation / behavioral interview with panel -> final interview.
