The hiring process was good once you are able to get an interview. They make decisions within a few days. 1 or 2 face to face interviews and that's it.

I was applying for an overnight shift and the interviewer asked if I liked to sleep at night or during the day. Did I mention that I was interviewing for the graveyard shift?

Entretien
I felt very comfortable with the individuals who spoke with me. The managers made me feel confident and secure in the interview process. I felt that it will be a place for me to learn about may new things and an opportunity to work with other individuals in a culturally diverse setting.

Applied online and was called by their automated system to schedule an interview. After that I had an interview with one manager who used a home depot interview packet with the questions on there. No hard questions.

Entretien
Applied online and waited about 2 weeks to hear something back. I received a call and scheduled a interview with one of the supervisors. That interview was pretty easy and only lasted about 15 minutes. At that interview I had to schedule another interview with one of the managers. That interview took place about two weeks after and also was a very easy interview.
