Apply online first and watch your e-mail. The staffing center in Atlanta pulls applications and will contact the applicant by e-mail to request a phone interview. After that, they schedule you a face to face interview at the store. There will be an initial interview, they'll send you for a drug test and submit a background check, and then will bring you in for the hiring interview.

They always want very specific examples of a time you gave excellent customer service or resolved a conflict or led a team through a project to meet a specific goal. The interview packet is standard to each position.
I was hired during covid so it was a little bit different. I was hired through their automated system based on the assessment which was fairly easy. It’s just basic customer service questions and situations that you have to agree or disagree upon.

You put in an application online on their website. After a week or so, you will have a phone interview then sent to the store they need you at to be interviewed. You will be interviewed by the HR representative for the store. Then they will set up a second interview with you. Either the same day or day after. You will be interviewed by the Manager or Assistant store manager. Then it's all on your responses.
