Phone, Basic face to face with standard questions. The phone interview was extremely basic standard questions. Afterward I came in for a face to face and it was more of a formality. I actually never really got a Job "offer" but got the job. I was never told how much I was making until i showed up to work.

Entretien
Online application. They called me for an over the phone interview. After that, the store called me to come in and do a face to face interview. Then I was hired. They do a new hire orientation that is one day of videos and about the Home Depot culture. If you are hired as a temp, part time associate, you can be cut after 90 or 120 days and can only work 28 hours a week.
