Meet with hiring manage and VP of department. Not very difficult as long as you are a decent interviewer and they like your looks or personality you will be hired. They do not vet people very intensively.

A couple of calls, fairly easy process. They required a jab, so that was a hard no. Seems like a cold calling environment, which is also a pretty ineffective sales strategy nowadays.

Pretty standard. It was for the call center, so I was asked questions like "how would you handle this situation", or "what was the most complicated situation you had to deal with with a customer in your last job".
