The interview was very typical. It started with a phone interview, followed by an interview with one of the owners, followed by an interview with both of the owners. I had a good feeling about the entire process at the time

Question 1
One of many question they asked me was how I dealt with people. The question was, in hindsight, a no brainer, as I treat all of my employees with respect, dignity, and firmness. Come to find out, that proved extremely difficult when senior management won't stick up for you.
