There was a written test followed by a one-on-one interaction with the COO. The written test was neither too hard nor too easy. What is tested is how well you can explain things in jargon-free language, basically whether you can separate wheat from chaff. During the interaction, questions were along expected lines. They understood my profile and asked me questions related to my area of specialisation.

The interview process is smooth and straightforward. It’s a simple three round process, first with the HR, then the management and then a test.. The environment is welcoming and the HR ensures that the candidate is comfortable.
