Interview process was thoughtful, engaging, and mission-driven overall. The interview team was clearly passionate about the work and conversations were substantive and respectful throughout multiple rounds. Unfortunately, the candidate communication at the final stage was disappointing. After a final-round conversation and specific timeline expectations for feedback, communication stopped entirely despite follow-up. Understand that priorities and hiring decisions can shift, but candidates, especially finalists, deserve timely closure and transparency.
