Insulting and incredibly unprofessional. A lot was asked of me and they really pressured me to take the offer. At the end they weren't even open to a normal negotiation and a discussion about the nature of the job. It was a complete waste of my time and I have completely lost faith in this organization. From my discussions with colleagues, I am not alone in my experience. It is also apparent to me that they take advantage of others because they are successful at raising money, but actually have very little to offer.
