First, I have been contacted by a HR for a completely different role. During the interview and after being highly impressed with my resume, the HR lady told me I could do so much better in a different position, and she sold it really good. I was convinced for the alternative position which was CEO assistant, so I had to come again for another interview with the CEO. The CEO interviewed me for literally two minutes, one of her questions was: Do you have kids? I told her no and then she went on and asked when if I plan to have any.
