I was put in touch with a recruiter at the company and we scheduled a phone call for an initial screening. The phone call was postponed a day before it was supposed to happen and rescheduled to be held a week later. During the phone call, the recruiter was polite but didn't sound particularly interested. I was asked a lot of questions about school and individual projects as well as where I see myself in the next 5 years.
