J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez The Keystone Group UK (Cookstown, Northern Ireland) en janv. 2019
Entretien
2 Interviews, 1 initial interview to assess capabilities, the second was a task based interview.
First interview was nice, very friendly. Recruiter actually sent me the wrong day but Keystone were kind enough to interview me anyway.
I was then invited back for a second interview and had to prepare a presentation and present to a panel of 3.
It went OK, I was quite nervous, however, created a good presentation.
Unfortunately I was not hired, and did not receive feedback as to why - after taking 2 days out of my current job to attend, I think it was bad manners from the Keystone company to not at least offer feedback.
I saw they advertised the job a further 2 times in the following 4 months.
It seems they should have really offered candidates feedback and allowed for nerves as interviews don't always show a true reflection. They may have been overly picky, considering they were re-advertising in July, and I applied in January.

Question 1
Be prepared - they will ask you for current employers turnover and the scale of budget you are used to working with.
