They had me email my cover letter and resume to their careers email. When I did I received an automated response saying that I needed to complete a job app for them as well, but they didn't specify where to send it. So when I finally completed it I sent it along to the careers email along with my cover letter and resume once again and I cannot confirm if they received it or not unfortunately.
