Was contacted by the recruiter fairly quickly after I applied for the job. He asked me about my experience at my current job, skills, and why I am looking to leave my position. This part of the interview process was a nice and positive experience. Then, 2 days later, I was scheduled a meeting online with the HR Manager and the person currently in the role joined us as well. The interview was 30 mins, and the manager just fired off question after question in rapid succession all of them I answered. It felt left she was trying to hurry the interview along, and throughout it all I kept getting the feeling that this company is very stressful to work for with no room for mistakes. This is based on something she said along the lines of if you don't answer an email right away from a hire-up, someone will come to your cubicle to question why you didn't. I thought really? What if the person was in the bathroom? Either way that didn't sit well with me. Another red flag was the person who is currently doing the job said nothing throughout the whole interview, which I found strange, wouldn't you want to offer a candidate some insight into the position? I was finally able to ask 2 questions after the HR Manager grilled me for most of the time with her questions since the 30 min time span was running out. I was only able to get in 1 question to the person in current position and I was able to ask another which the HR Manage jumped in and basically took over the whole interview was all the HR Manager doing the talking and the other person was not I would have liked to hear more from the current Learning Specialist about job since she is the one doing it. Overall, I was left with this feeling that the place would not be a good fit for me at all, and I have this feeling there is more to the Kraft Group than meets the eye that isn't being said. The place seems to be a high stress place to work in.
