I walked aasked if they were hiring she said yes submitted an application got a call back 3weeks or so later. Had a one on one interview that was the worst she did not even pay attention to me because it was pick up time for the kids

Very personable and relaxing. The director is very nice and wants to get an idea of who you are as a person as well as your goals to work with children. You also get a tour of the building

Entretien
Before applying to the center, I brought my resume with me just in case. It was in the afternoon that I asked if there hiring and they were as they handed me an application to fill out. After handing the application and my resume they asked if I was available for an interview. The interview was okay, she asked general questions about children and how I would discipline the children. After the interview, she showed me around the center as we went into each classroom. After I saw the classrooms, she asked when I was available to come back for a work trial of how I interact with the children.
