Applied through university. It was an info-session, started with company introduction by the employees sharing their experiences and job scopes, followed by some ice breaking games and refreshment. After that, it was group interview with six to eight interviewees by two interviewers. Interviewees took turn to answer questions. Whole process lasted around 3 hours.

Smooth and quick interview process. HR personnel is responsive and efficient. Interviewers were transparent and willing to share more about the industry and company without sugar coating. Training programme seems comprehensive.
