      Entretien

After completing the application online, I received a notification to take an assessment, I completed the assessment and submitted it. Shortly after, I received another notification to complete a virtual interview. I completed the interview. Shortly after, I received an invitation to take a one-on-one interview via Zoom. We scheduled a time and completed the interview, which I believed went fairly well. During my interview, I even asked if there were any concerns or red flags about my background, qualifications, or overall presentation that you believe could be a disqualifier for me in the process, My interviewer told me no. Over a week went by before I heard from the Learning Network, but I received an email from the company stating they were in the process of hiring for another position and that I should hear back by the end of the week to continue my interviewing process. I wrote back saying that's fine and to let me know when you're ready to talk to me. I didn't hear anything by Friday, Monday or Tuesday, so I wrote back and asked for an update. Late that evening I was sent the template rejection letter stating they read my resume and decided to pursue other candidates that were a better fit for the position. After wasting 3 weeks of my time with testing, virtual interviewing, real time interviewing, and empty promises to continue the qualifying process, they send me a rubber stamp letter saying they just read my application, and I didn't even match up with the qualifications? This kind of disrespect and downright laziness from companies is what frustrates me the most in the interviewing process. What's so hard with being honest and send me a letter that matches the real reason(s) I wasn't selected? You waste my time asking me to jump through several hoops at your request and you don't even have enough respect for my time and candidacy to write me a sincere letter about why I'm no longer being considered. This small glimpse into the Learning Network tells me all I need to know about how they treat their people and explains precisely why this company ranks in the twos in the company review rankings. The lack of professionalism and empathy they showed me makes it obvious.
