Met at a career fair, offered me an interview the next day on the spot. Had one person from Hr and a mechanical engineer there. It was very relaxed but it took forever for them to get back to me, I was certain I wouldn’t hear from them but they called and offered me a spring co op position with housing paid

Panel of 3 employees from Mosaic asked me a few behavioral questions each. The employees were nice and asked about some things on my resume. I was asked what term I'd be prefer to intern at the end.

Got from a campus career fair, it was an on campus interview, three people interviewing, about 30 minutes, no technical questions, all behavior type questions, they were very nice. Didn't hear back for about a month.
