Entretien
Since it requires at-home or on-street counseling with the underserved, depending on the case, safety is a crucial consideration for healthcare providers. When the concern was mentioned, the interviewers did not provide any safety guidelines or crisis management for their counselors; instead, they redirected the question back to the interviewee, citing it as an "incompatibility". Both of the interviewers are male, and as a female healthcare provider, their answers don't feel appropriate or safe, suggesting poor management and a lack of care for their employees.
