honesty is important. CEO didn't wear shoes. Accounting department did initial interview. Interview was short but easy. tour of grounds was nice as well. very confusing management structure and the hierarchy is intentionally vague, by design to discourage complaints. Several persons interrupted the interview process along the way. casual dress seems to be the norm.
