The interview was more like a conversation, very informal and comfortable. It was clear that they emphasized how important the team-oriented environment is. It was a very positive experience! The management team works hard to partner with the employees instead of portray a top-down approach to management. The Parking Spot does a fantastic job of making the opportunity more like a career and less like a normal hourly job.
