Telephonic call by HR, and they are only interested in your gaps on resume and institute you have passed rather than skills, the experience you have and can bring to oragnisation.
The HR was so interested in knowing my last to last organization reason for leaving and wanted to only that much.
PS: Checked his linkedin profile he himself has left organisation in few months and guess that's the reason he is after this for all the candidate
