Completed an interview and the company assessments. No response received (good or bad) even after sending follow-up communication requests. Complete lack of professionalism especially when a candidate has given their time to follow the process.

They reached out for the an interview. Then they ghosted me for a week. When I followed up they changed their mind about the interview at all and made up some excuse about other candidates. Which is fine but maybe collect your candidates before you reach out to them to decide on who you would like to interview. Rude and they look very dumb.
