To start the interview process you are administered PI’s Behavioral and Cognitive Assessments. The next step was an hour long phone interview ( mine was with someone that is currently in the role that I applied for) where you are asked detailed questions about your background and review the results of your Behavioral Assessment. I really enjoyed this phone screen and think it was a thorough way to understand the role and the company better, as well as sharing details about my background. For the next step they flew me out to MA for a “super day” interview, which was supposed to be 2 1/2 to 4 hours of meetings with 5 people for 30 to 45 min each. I only ended up meeting with 3 people, which is where I ultimately knew that the interview process was being cut short. The people that I met with were great and they provided detailed insight into the role, the company, and asked extensive scenario based questions to understand my work style/behavior. You are also given a role play scenario to demonstrate how you manage a client meeting/subscription renewal. I also must note that the office coordinator that handled all of the scheduling and communications for my interview(s) was wonderful to work with and very responsive. She provided a tour of PI’s office which is really well designed.
The part that was extremely offputting is similar to what other reviews state, the post interview follow up. It was over a week before I heard anything back from the Recruiting Manager (mind you I’d never even spoken to this person once throughout the process). The email was short and seemed insincere. While I completely understand that the company doesn’t owe candidates a lengthy explaination of why they chose not to hire you, I reached out asking a few questions regarding feedback and received no response. I spent a day and a half flying out to interview with PI, so a response would have been appreciated especially given how much they spoke about transparency in the interviews. Also, I’m assuming that they knew they were not going to move forward when they cut my interview short, so I’m not sure why it took over a week to receive the rejection email. I primarily wanted to share this review in hopes that PI will improve this part of the process for future candidates.

Two phone screenings followed by a 90 minute on site interview with two hiring managers and division leader. The process was succinct and follow up from PI was great.
