Questions d'entretien chez The Ranch

I never had an interview w a supervisor. I filled out an application and was told to visit the Ranch. I spent a few days observing things and it was a fair chance to see what I was getting myself in to. The people who were hiring me for a very specialized field really did not have any idea if I knew what I was doing or not. there is no one above me that has knowledge specific to my field. this is problematic because they hired incompentent people to work with. basically if you could bs your way through the interview you made it and the department where I worked suffered for it.
