Very straight forward, easy process. Informative around what the job entails, giving all details of what the process was going to be upfront, generally a good experience, I was kept updated throughout the process on what to expect next.

Limited relevance to the role, badly organised time management and not representative of the role - questions weren't directly relevant or competency based. Senior directors were clearly not fully engaged and more focused on who in the organisation i knew already. Poor
