Interview was in person with the Store Manager, lasting around 15 minutes. I was invited to interview around a week after applying. I was asked basic competency and motivational questions.

Group interview with around 14 people. We all went around in the circle talking a bit about ourselves and I work experience. We then had to do two scenarios in teams where one was a task where we had to merchant with all the stock and the other one was where we had to group clothing and items intersections for goods and not goods.
