Casual interview with HR and the team leads. Can take multiple rounds. Knowledge about the different teams within the company is a huge bonus. Interviewers will ask about previous job experience and how that can translate into the role you're applying for.

Tell me how your previous work experience can bring value to the company?
Engaging and with a lot of hypotheticals. Questions about job history and working culture, and sharing in general about their expectations. Friendly HR who was approachable and easy to talk to. Not hostile at all.
