Interviewed with 3 interviewers. Mainly wanted to know about what I learnt before in school / at my own time to understand my passion / motivation. Asked what kind of content I usually consume.

The interview process at The Smart Local was fairly straightforward and casual. As part of the process I also had to submit a one-minute video introducing myself. The questions were quite interesting and focused a lot on ideas, creativity and how I would approach different types of content, which made it one of the more memorable interviews I've done. Its been some time so the details might not be 100% accurate but this is based on what I still remember from the process.
