Over 25 people were shortlisted for a single role. The interview was under 8 minutes. The interviewers refused to allow candidates to ask questions. They extended an offer and rescinded it 4 days later, without substantial feedback as to why. All these were done verbally. After the offer, I was made to understand that they were recruiting for a different organization than the one listed on the job ad. They omitted that much till the final stage.
